Property management makes you feel very welcomed, not just when you're moving in. The neighbors I've talked to are better neighbors than me. Ive never felt sketched out by anyone and ive been here for 7 months. Great price for the location. I like some quirks of the older style such as a medicine cabinet in the bathroom, and the kitchen counter has cabinets above with convenient lighting intalled under the cabinets. Reminds me of a functional retro designs from the 60s which is nice because lets be honest, all new complexes are the same and made cheap. This really deserves 5 stars

We have lived at Captain apartments for almost 10 years and when we first moved in ( it was owned by Ben,mayors son back then) it was horrible and I mean.. yikes.. several years ago cda20 took it over and it's changed sooo much here. Maintenance is almost immediate response,they got rid of the loud people, keep the grounds clean and Rachel is really wonderful to interact with,rare to have a manager that is personable and cares about the property.she even tried starting a community garden project but not anyone really interested in doing it..I'm not a paid review person, employee or ever leave reviews but, sadly we are moving out of state and having lived here for so long and seen the difference in how it was and how it is now.. night and day .. and only good, professional management can tu

Moved here 3 months ago. I am quite happy, as it's a very quiet complex. Giles and Nancy are both great, also, and I like the fact that people leave me alone here. There's no washer/dryer in the units, but there is a keyed entry community laundry room next to the office. I can do a load of laundry for $2.50, which is very reasonable. No complaints from me to speak of. Hope this review can help any future tenants looking to apply. Have a wonderful day, all!

It's an ok place. I know someone who lived here and was a model resident for several years. Just recently the owners decided they weren't going to rent to felons anymore. That's despicable. They are trying to keep the Security deposit and charge another $700 for a paint job totaling $1,500. I suggest taking lots of pictures before you move in so they can't turn around and charge you for damage you didn't cause.

This apartment complex is a great place to live! The management company is the best I’ve worked with in this area! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the apartments are older so not as nice as new builds. But they are great for the price!
