Capstone Homes

We are in the process of building a home with Capstone in Millsboro at the Citation Meadows neighborhood. We are currently at the phase after confirming all of our selections and waiting for them to break ground. The entire team and process has been awesome so far. We have worked with Emily in the neighborhood to select our plan, Taylor for structural selections and Natasha for the all other selections. All of them have been great and accommodating. We are doing this process from the other side of the country and everyone has made it very easy to get this far. Highly recommend this company and their team if you are in the market for a new home.

It’s over 5 years we have been in our house in Milton. The house that Capstone built is excellent . We had some issues in the beginning with the landscaping but eventually were solved. There are no stress cracks anywhere. We have a heat pump whereas the insulation and walls are so good that our electrical bill is on the low side. We don’t hear noise from the outside. In fact it’s so good we can’t hear the alarm for the septic if it goes off. The only thing I would do differently is to get better appliances. We chose GE appliances and we had to replace the dishwasher and had issues with the refrigerator. That is on us. Otherwise we love our home and would choose them again if we built another house.

We couldn’t be happier with our custom home built by Capstone Homes! Initially we planned to build the home we designed in another state. At the last minute our plans changed. The Capstone team made a very difficult decision easy! From the moment we walked into the beautiful design center we knew we had made the right decision. Our Capstone team walked the lot we were considering with us and confirmed that our dream could become a reality in the timeframe we needed. Making choices about the interior can be challenging, however, Natasha and Mark made it fun, exciting, and easy. My first experience purchasing new construction was, as my realtor foretold, not unpleasant. Very pleased due to the efforts of two Capstone professionals Sarah M. (our salesperson) and Mike M. (our project manager). Both of them continually went above and beyond to ensure we we were delighted with our new home.
