Capstone Homes at Bay Pines

House was pretty, had all the bells and whistles, but wasn't really what we were looking for. Another thing we didn't like was ALL the houses in this area had basements. All the houses we had in Wilmington, DE had basements and everyone of them leaked. The water table here is MUCH closer to the surface and to my way of thinking that beautiful carpet in the basement within 1 yr is going to be sopping wet. I know this is an option so you don't have to buy the home with a basement, but the "Oh WOW" feature is undeniable. It just wasn't for me.

Updated It has been over a year and a half since closing on our Capstone home. In this time I have had to work very hard to get Capstone to complete the final punch list items. I can't say that I would recommend Capstone to build their home anyone. Poor project oversight, poor communications with the customer add up to a very frustrating experience.

Terrible customer service. Lack of communication by Project manager and workers. All they want is the money and once they get your money they don’t come back.
