Capri Creek Apartments

I recently moved into my new apartment, and I must say, it feels like I'm living in a hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed, which made the transition so much easier. The atmosphere here is fantastic, and the amenities are top-notch. It's a truly nice place to call home, with a comfortable vibe and beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended!

This complex has been amazing from the moment I moved in! From welcome home gifts when I moved in, to making sure my apartment is maintained when needed! Alex has been incredible with helping me fix things when needed and making sure I feel right at home! Thank you everyone for making Capri Creek feel like home!

I'm out almost $400 from Capri Creek and no luck getting a hold of someone... and I don't even live here! Read more if you want an honest and grounded review of how this place quickly went from 5 stars to 0 stars. On July 5th of this year, we applied for an apartment after traveling from out of town to tour in-person the weekend prior. We had the understanding that a live person would show us around, but the leasing office was closed and no signs of life. Eventually, we opted for the self-guided tour, which turned out fine given the actual location is beautiful. For anyone doing self-guided tours, that part of the process is organized and enjoyable! Afterwards, we were excited about the apartment complex and decided to submit an application. A few days later, no update on our application

I have been living here for about 9 months now, and I’ve got to say that I truly love it here! Compared to the horrors of the last apartment complex I was in, it’s like a night and day difference here. The onsite team really puts attention to the cleanliness of the property, and any maintenance repairs are addressed by Alex, and he always gets things done quicker than I think to expect! Blair does a rockstar job managing the community, and I love seeing the ideas she brings for community events!

I have been a resident of Capri Creek apartments for 3+ years. My kids and I enjoy the safe, pleasant, relaxing atmosphere and the neighbors are friendly. It’s walking distance from Safeway and located in a nice neighborhood. My maintenance requests have always been completed in a timely manner by Richard or whomever is on staff. Although the management has changed since I have lived here; I was always notified by mail and resident email about upcoming changes. The staff has always been helpful and supportive. Brian, the manager, is professional, friendly and knowledgeable when I had questions about my lease or anything else in general. I would definitely recommend Capri Creek for anyone looking for an apartment.
