We are so thankful for our maintenance crew. Jimmy does such a great job in taking care of any issues that happen. We appreciate his friendly professionalism. Thank you also for your quick attention to our security needs and fixing the lollipop light near our unit.

Pete is such an awesome Maintenance Man! I have lived at Cappella for the past 2 years and anytime I have a Maintenance need he is there within 24 hours with a smile on his face ready to fix it! Thanks Pete for being professional, punctual, and pleasant!

The maintenance gentleman is awesome, he has been very diligent and getting my concerns addressed, now all is working great, he truly went above and beyond and that is something a lot of people don’t do these days, so it was genuinely appreciated. Thank you!

Please, please read this before signing a lease. The front office staff is not helpful for anything that you may need. She doesn't know who the tenants are. She doesn't know how to work technology. Get everything that is said to you in writing. If you mail in your rent check pay the money to have the check confirmed on receipt because we got a late fee for a lost check that we handed to the front desk woman. No one in the complex picks up their dog's waste. We had to rent a carpet cleaner out of our own pocket, and then were still charged at the end of the lease for carpet cleaning and pet deodorizing. There is a nice maintenance man that is quick and efficient. That's were the two stars come from. Everything else is NOT worth the risk. The quality of the apartments is not worth the condi

The property manager, Crystal, is the best I've encountered since I’ve lived here for several years. Previous property managers did not fix anything. For example, the side door that requires a keycard to enter and exit the complex was not fixed for almost a year! Crystal ensures things get fixed and does not get enough credit for the stuff she does around the complex. She is the only reason why I am giving a two-star rating! I knocked off three stars because corporate seems to like issuing patio cleanup violations. In a span of one month, corporate came through three times to issue violations. For example, you can't have a hummingbird feeder because it will attract hummingbird droppings. Furthermore, MDI Management is now charging all tenants for water and garbage. Currently, they are ch
