While I was out just checking some apartments for my nephew, I found these apartments. Walked into the office, spoke with the management, Ms. Sumanti, was very Professional, informative, and she also assured me that she would be sure to follow up with my nephew regarding renting an apartment, and she followed up with him. She kept her word, never pre judged him according to his appearance. I thank you and your Team for making this transition a smooth process... He's happy to finally have a place he can call his own...

Ms.P is the sweetest, very understanding and helpful, patient, and caring. I see her picking up trash with the rest of the crew she's never just in the office doing nothing. I thank her for everything. My mom does too and she doesn't even live out here.

Property manager is very unprofessional an leasing agent and the tenants are loud and trouble makers in the building Too much traffic in an out the hallways also maintenance is slow at fixing work orders . Rent fees waved up and the area is not for children. Police don’t come when needed Apartments are too thin walls hear everything and everyone business Doors doesn’t stay locked and tenant throw trash everywhere Could be better !

Please Please Please Shut These Apartment Down They Have So Much Crime In And Around This Complex. The Manager Cares Nothing About Working With The Good Tenants. This Building Has Led Paint Inside And Outside Of It.. Call Code Enforcement And The Health Department These Apartments Are Roach Fested And Rat Fested.

Dont waste your time. They just going to take your 35 dollars lie and say they got you in but dont. They are scammers!!!! This is not the apartment number. They are scamming people out of 35 dollars.
