Capitol Rose

Capital Rose is the BEST apartment I’ve ever lived in. The property is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the staff are world-class. Grace fosters a wonderful sense of community for the tenants. She is incredibly responsive, accommodating, and thoughtful — she really makes the building feel like home. Terrica is such a joy to be around and always gives the warmest welcome home. She is consistently kind, attentive, and supportive of all residents. Feysal is the best maintenance and building manager imaginable. He is exceptionally professional, responsive, and always cheerful. Every issue is solved with care, expertise, and efficiency. The building and its tenants couldn’t be in better hands.

I’ve been living here for the past five months, and it’s been a great experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful—Grace truly holds everything together and is always responsive whenever an issue comes up. Feysal from maintenance is also wonderful: kind, reliable, and always willing to help. The complex itself is quiet, clean, and well maintained, and having an indoor garage is a huge bonus. I would definitely recommend living here.

The best community in DC. Compared to any property in DC this is the only one that ive known where they make eveything personalable. Location is great, and the apartments are so beautiful!
