Capitol Park Tower

I’m going into my 3rd year living here and I have no complaints. Affordability, location, and staff are all 10/10. I am definitely staying here until I can buy.

I made about a handful of Maintenance requests and Mike and Oscar were at my door completing them within an hour. I answered the door and said wow. Mike is always amazing and this was a good first impression in just meeting Oscar. I wanted to edit this to say that Anna has always offered great customer service and a pleasure to deal with. Second edit. Immediately upon starting Tida did a great job of collaborating and handling a situation along with April. It is much appreciated.

April Wheeler the concierge at our apartment complex is truly outstanding. Always friendly, reliable, and incredibly hardworking, she consistently goes the extra mile to assist residents. Whether it’s managing packages, coordinating maintenance, or simply offering a warm greeting every day, her dedication has not gone unnoticed. You can see she genuinely cares about the community and take pride in her work. We’re lucky to have such a dependable and professional presence in the building!!

If I could give 0 stars I would, and this place doesn't even deserve that. This is easily the worst place I've ever lived. They try to entice you with the utilities and heat and air built into the price, but don't fall for it. Either you'll be way too hot or freezing. My AC never works during the hot, sticky DC summers. My bedroom window also is sealed shut so I can't even get ventilation that way. Before I moved here, management was super engaging and responsive, but as soon as they handed me the keys it stopped. They literally did not even walk me to the apt to check out (and I had driven all the way out from WI just to do so). There are constantly roaches in my kitchen and bathroom, and management will say it's "thawing season" WHICH ISN'T A THING. This building has had at least five fi

April the best concierge at my apartment complex. She is always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything I need. Whether it’s receiving packages, arranging maintenance requests, or giving local recommendations, she goes above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable and well taken care of! It’s clear she truly cares about the residents. I’m grateful for her excellent service!!
