Capitol Park Plaza & Twins

I am a new resident at Capitol Park Plaza and I love it here so far! The process was smooth, easy and fast when I applied, I had no issues at all. Also, my application was approved very quickly in no time, sooner than I expected. Ms. April and Ms. Mayra in the rental office was such a pleasure to deal with getting my application approved! They both made the process seamless and easy going! I really appreciate them both!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. My experience with Capitol Park Plaza & Twins was filled with frustration and disappointment. While I’ve finally received my security deposit, this doesn’t erase the numerous issues I faced during my time living there. 1. Unlivable Conditions: • Mold was a recurring problem in my unit, and instead of properly addressing it, management simply painted over it. • There were plumbing leaks, warped floors, and water damage that were either delayed in being addressed or ignored entirely. • Earlier this year, I experienced sewage backups into my unit, a health hazard that was never handled with the urgency it deserved. 2. Miss April was the best she was patient with me while I was in the hospital a whole month and I had a police when I got out. She’s one of the best representatives for capital Park Plaza in Twins thank you again Miss April sincerely yours Danny Dotson.

For an issue I reported before Thanksgiving giving, the just masked the problem rather than fixing the problem. This is why I gave the rating i did. Other wise the leasing office people are great and a good place to stay.

Apartment complex is great don't get me wrong, however do not have your packages delivered to your door, because they will get stolen. UPS is the only delivery carrier that drops packages off at the door. All the other couriers leave the packages at the leasing office.
