I have obtained several mortgage loans in the past, but in my opinion I have to say that Capital Pacific Mortgage is absolutely the best. I also have several friends who have obtained mortgages with this company, some more than once, who have put total confidence in their wealth of knowledge and experience. Stephen Bradley is a joy to work with. He is professional yet personable, and he spent as much time as it took to answer even my most mundane questions, expressing the information in lay terms so that I myself ended up with a good education regarding the process that I never knew, even though I had bought several homes before! I could tell that he has a rich background of experience in the financial world and as a mortgage broker, and I appreciated his down-to-earth personal touch.
