I’m very happy with my experience at this apartment community. The grounds and common areas are always clean and well-maintained, and the landscaping gives the whole place a welcoming feel. The apartments themselves are bright and functional with thoughtful layouts and modern finishes. I’ve found the management team to be professional and responsive — maintenance requests are handled quickly and the staff is friendly and easy to work with. Renae is the current office manager and has such great hospitality. I have gone in on several different occasions to ask questions and she has always been a delight. If she didn’t have the answer off the top of her head she looked it up, sent and email or made a phone call to someone and got me an answer. She 95% of the time knew the answer.
