Capitol Flats

Lived here since the apartments first went up. It’s been a really great experience. Ana has been a great housekeeper through and through. She is usually one of the first faces you see around the building. She is very friendly & talkative, and always making sure things stay up to shape around the place. We’ve had several new office people throughout but the current one, Sophia is really awesome! She is kind and hears our issues and finds ways to make it better. We definitely have hard working people in our building and we’re grateful.

Haven’t even moved in yet (shortly)! I need to express my immense gratitude to Capitol Flats and especially Sophia! I went on the tour last week while visiting Santa Fe! Sophia was one of the reasons I decided to apply to be a resident there! The property is phenomenal, clean, pretty and in a great neighborhood! Sophia was so welcoming and genuine! As a nurse, I need to feel safe and I noticed all the safety features there! I highly recommend this place!

The maintenance and tenant services team at Capitol Flats are exceptional. My icemaker was not working. I went down to the office at 9.10a to talk to Sophia. By 9.30a Jim was at my door. He came back with a brand-new icemaker, installed it and I now have ice. That whole request took less than one hour. When you live in an apartment building, you rely 100% on the staff that works there because you can’t really do much on your own. Today was a perfect example on why Capitol Flats is a great place to live. Sophia and Jim handled the issue quickly and professionally. And this has been my overall experience here since I moved in. Thanks.

We’ve been loving our time at capital flats. We’ve mainly interacted with Sophia and she’s amazing. Very personable, professional, and thoughtful. If a problem ever occurs, the office is very prompt at responding and finding a solution. It is a bit expensive but the location is so worth it and the apartment has been pretty solid. Though situated in a busy area, the apartment does a great job blocking out sound while providing modern amenities. Everything you need and want is within walking or biking distance. South capital station is only a 5 minute walk away which has been super convenient for getting to work. Have zero regrets moving here, definitely worth checking out.

Terrific experience living at Capitol Flats! Sophia works so hard to make everything so easy. Anna keeps this place so clean and beautiful and wears a smile all the time. Aaron from maintenance is so dependable and quick, I can’t believe it! And Tyler keeps his staff happy and effective.
