Great area! Walkable to pubs and local eateries. The community is well kept and the staff is really great. Clean, quiet and great location. The two bedroom layouts are much larger than most I've toured in the area and brand new which is great.

He made the entire leasing process so incredibly easy, from the initial tour, to signing the lease, and finally moving in. Michael truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect apartment. Accepted a job that required me to move to Dallas, TX from Phoenix, AZ and was at a loss for places to explore / how to get around the DFW area. I had found this place via Google and added it to the list and was really given 5 star treatment by Paiglyn! She went above and beyond to A) help me find an apartment best suited for my budget and goals, and also B) make recommendations for ways to explore the area more and parts of town to additionally explore. She turned what was a really stressful moment into a joyful experience and was attentive to all my questions. Would recommend this place!

Thinking of moving from AZ to Dallas so I've been looking around. Recently toured here with Paiglyn and she was amazing! So helpful, kind, and knowledgable. Definitely one of the better experiences I had touring an apartment :)
