I spent almost every day for 3 months at this property, and I can tell you the Staff is Second to none! It starts at the Top with Kimberly, who is Fair, Fun, and knows EVERYONE! 😀 She encourages her staff and engages with every pet and person that she sees. Kim loves her residents, and it shows. Brianne and Sarah, Gema and Marci (miss you!) create a family environment at the front desk. This group of ladies literally has residents laughing, sharing stories, and feeling safe to share their thoughts and ideas for making the community better. The maintenance staff is always on the go, and you can tell by how clean, organized, and calm the residents are that they ALL take their jobs seriously, and it's all about the community. Time here was decent, but the move out process is absolutely horrid and no one is helpful. I left my apartment in great condition with normal wear and tear after living there for 2 years. My security deposit refund was significantly reduced, and no one can tell me what the deductions were for. The main reason for my negative review was for a random charge i got after move out. It was for about $15, but i was never called, emailed, or notified about this. My billing accounts were also all closed by the apartment so i never could have seen i owed something. With no notice, i was sent to collections for a charge i was never notified about. Then when calling the apartment or Cushman (apartment management), i was either sent to voicemail or were given no answers. I now need to consider notifyin

I’ve really enjoyed the over two years I spent in this apartment. It’s been a wonderful experience thanks to the nice neighbors and the clean gym. Above all, I’d especially like to mention the office staff—particularly Sarah, who has helped me so much. You are the best! I’ll definitely spread the word within my community.

I’ve had mixed reviews over the years. I had lived here for over two years. I’ve had issues with my vehicle being towed, mold, work orders going unaddressed, and random charges that aren’t in my lease contact. Not to mention the lack of security, broken amenities, broken doors and locks, etc. Overall management is unresponsive unless you threaten legal action. I would not recommend living here. There are better options in the area for a comparable price. I hope this review lets others learn from my mistake of renting here.

TWO YEAR UPDATE: We moved out but it's because we bought a house a few streets away. The location is really great for us. After two years and some change, I still recommend this place.
