7/29/2014 I was in the process of making a deal on a home owned by Capital Realty. I had, in ernest made an offer and several counter offers on the property. On the last counter offer, I was not contacted by Capital until late in the day. I was then informed that the property had been sold to another party. This due to the fact that they had made a higher offer. That would have been fine, except I did not have the oppurtunity to up my offer. All of this after I had my lender submit all required docs. This is very unethical to me. I would steer clear of Capital Realty at all cost.

I would never do any dealings with Jose Vasquez or his associates... he does not read or understand contracts. Not only did he miss/forget the first meeting and after we gave them a second chance he said everything was ready to go and never heard from him again after getting the run around and wasting a ton of time. This realty gives realtors a worse name then they already have. Will not do business with this company.
