I am extremely unhappy with their failure to meet deadlines and lack of communication with their customers. Throughout my time of working with Capital Group, the team has barely communicated with me or my realtor in regards to delays or updates. I have been sending e-mails, text messages, and phone calls with the realtor and builder in regards to getting updates. On numerous occasions I have to contact multiple times to get a response. We are 7 months in the project and the plans are still not approved with the city which was assured in the preliminary meetings that it would not take much time.
