CEG is such a highly professional group. The team is so well organized and really help make the whole process of buying and selling homes as easy as can be expected. There are so many boiler plate real estate groups out there, but Capital Estate Group is not of them. They are able to handle the most complicated situations with ease and patience. We had to work with the CEG to sell our condo in DC completely virtually when our renters left in the fall of 2020. This was not the same sort of hot market sale that folks in suburbs were enjoying and required a lot of hard work to enable. Michelle, Saunte and the team were incredible. They allowed us to sell this home completely virtually, without a single visit to the condo or any of the other required programs including the closing.
