Capital Collective Luxury Apartments

Capital Collective Luxury Apartments is a beautiful place! Located in downtown Savannah in a very convenient location. The director was extremely nice and very professional with helping me with my needs. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. These apartments were top of the line and the atmosphere was very peaceful. I gave this place 5 stars. Well deserved!

Having just relocated to Savannah, I spent the past few days touring several apartments. From the moment I stepped into The Collective, however, the experience felt entirely different. Alex and Chanel were exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and thoughtful, making the entire process feel effortless from start to finish. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly set them apart. Ultimately, it wasn’t just the apartment that made my decision—it was the outstanding level of service Alex and Chanel provided. Their dedication and hospitality are what made me confident in choosing The Collective as my new home.

I toured Capital Collective and instantly felt drawn in! The amenities are beautiful and intentional, the location feels perfectly placed, and the whole community has this calm, elevated vibe. Don’t get me started on the staff..They were so warm and inviting it really felt like I was right at home. Honestly, it left me daydreaming about what living there would feel like. 🥰

Love it! The units are spacious and well-appointed. The staff is friendly and responsive. The building is close to everything, yet nestled on a more serene block of Oglethorpe. The building is secure and does a fantastic job of creating community with monthly events, like free bagels + coffee, craft nights, and more. Highly recommend!
