The best company I've been with for three year's God knew where to put me at and we're family I wouldn't change a thing with them. We grew as a family and I look forward to owning my first home with them.

Had so many issues with this company. Furnace/air went out, they didn't even respond for 4 days. Took 10 days to have it repaired. Plumbing was shot in the house, took them 3 days to respond, by then, I contacted a plumber and deducted the cost from rent. Only to be hounded for the "late payment" I had paid to the plumber for almost 2 months. I had turned in the receipt for the services with my rent payment. The list goes on. It was to the point that we didn't waste our time contacting them about any issues. We just had it fixed. The roof leaked the entire time we lived there. Instead of fixing it, they put a clause in my lease that if we lose use of any portion of the house due to water damage, they would prorate our rent accordingly. I have personally had the pleasure of meeting the broker Ms. Jan Mc Clary and her business partner Mrs. Lecia Wright. They are very professional, and knowledgeable about their service areas which include: Macon & Middle Georgia. The properties that they have for rent are very affordable. This place focuses on property management and real estate. I know personally that they have a long history in building strong business relationships in Macon, and they are willing to help everyone.
