Capella at Sunstone by Woodside Homes

Today, my husband Jerry & I had a pleasure to attend the GRAND OPENING of this community and view their 3 gorgeous model homes ( Aries, Taurus & Virgo ) all single story homes. The models were spacious from 1,970 - 2,295 sq feet, beautifully designed, with great features, nice yards and 2 car garages. Our favorite was model #3 Virgo for it's floor plan. The HOA fees are $100/ month, the community is gated and will have I believe around 60 homes. Today we met their wonderful sales team: Mellissa, Darlene & Miranda who answered all of our questions.
