Cape Morris Cove Apartments and Townhomes

Worst place to live. Do not plan on any peace. Rude office staff. They raise your rent whenever they want. Trash all over property. Drug deals are always happening in parking lots. Screaming kids through the hallway.

hi,my apartment here at "cape morris cove is fine.no issues.the staff is very helpful & friendly.some of the kids are slightly annoying like bouncing balls against the wall by my window. 🛍 shopping is convenient.i love port 🍊 orange.

This place sucks, it’s dirty and the kids are always drawing on the building and dropping their nasty trash everywhere, the rent just keeps on going up, the office never answers and maintenance will say they will come a certain day and never do. The worst of it is the ratchet kids, their so bad and badly need discipline or atleast watched, they’re always cussing, damaging peoples property, doing bad stuff that kids shouldn’t be doing and you can hear everything through the walls, everything. The place always smells like poop and it’s always dirty, they need to hire someone to atleast just pick up trash and get gum or poop off the side walks. Thank goodness we move soon this is the worst place I’ve ever lived.

Complete rip off. They charge you 150 to put a hold down on an apartment and won't refund it to you if they don't have anything available for you in the moment. Wanna make you wait for possible years before one is even available. Don't go through this company.

I wanted to share a positive review for an issue I had with my air conditioner. The maintenance worker Jessie was great he came immediately and fixed the issue. So I am very glad to have been helped in a quick and timely manner. It has been beyond hot and i appreciate the fact that he made it a 1st priority ☺️.
