Cape Asset Management

I agree with previous reviews. They do not keep property looking good. I'd pay more to have it look better. Trash area disgusting. After 15 years as a tenant, it has just gotten worse. No return of emails/call. Disappointing.

Cape Asset Management does not return phone calls. They do not work with their current retail/restaurant tenants to resolve problems. They do not have the dumpster picked up in a timely manner, therefore, the trash behind the Long Creek Village Shopping Center is disgusting. I would never recommend that anyone rent from this Property Management Group.

They do not negotiate with you and force you to make changes on your property even though it's been the same for years, oh and not to mention the entire cost is on YOU or else you're kicked out.

Very expensive cam charges. Not worth it!!!! Your rent will increase immensely!!
