Henry our maintenance person has been extremely courteous every time I’ve called on him. After the first time I met him he shared his phone number with me and has been thoroughly helpful in responding to and resolving my maintenance needs. Extremely professional. Thanks Henry.

We really enjoy living at Canyon Rim Apartments! The community here is wonderful friendly neighbors, quiet surroundings, and a very welcoming atmosphere. The apartments themselves are clean, well maintained, and we always feel safe living here. A big shoutout to Matthew, who has been incredibly helpful and professional every time we’ve needed assistance. Lora is also fantastic so kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The entire office staff does a great job of making residents feel at home, and we truly appreciate all they do. Highly recommend Canyon Rim to anyone looking for a great place to live!
