Canyon 35

I've been here 6 months and I like it compared to other places newer appliances neighbors are friendly, it's nice and quiet except for the trains but I adapted considering I rode trains in my younger years plus it gives me peace from the hell I lived with,my ex wife 😂 I've lived in really bad apartments before and this one is the best! Plus Ebony is really professional, there's no bug's are roaches in my apartment just a content tenant I would recommend Canyon 35 as a decent place to live! Sure where surrounded by homeless but that's everywhere it just makes me more greatful Thank you Canyon 35!!!

I was only there from May 23-July 23. Broke my lease and moved out. They got their attorney involved, I've paid all the fees for breaking my lease. But In that time I was without water more than I had it. They bombed my neighbors apt after he abandoned it full of garbage bags with garbage and fast food bags, and I was told also feces on the floor. When it rained water came in from inside my window literally like a waterfall into the electrical outlet. It took the maintenance man a week to come and when i expressed my concern about mold in the walls he tried to tell me it's too hot and nothing to worry about. Yet, neighbors who'd been there years said they've had bad problems with black mold and coughing but it's cheap to live there and what they can afford so they don't leave. The coc

The office staff here Ms Ebony especially have bwen really awesome, understanding and helpful. They have been as patient as they can with me and personal issues, and everything I have needed done is always taken care of in a timely manner. I would recommend this complex for anyone looking for something affordable and a friendly atmosphere ❤️ But you will get evicted eventually. The only issue i have is after being evicted i was told i had 14 days to move my things and that i could use all 14 days if i needed to. I called the next day to get my food and kitchen things and was told no by the white lady currently in there.

Nice place to live. Maintenance is excellent also. They get work orders completed right away as they come in. The grounds are kept clean . The manager jill is on top of her game . Very knowledgeable and really good at her job. Id recommend this place to anyone looking for a cheap and decent place to live .

This place killed my wife from the mold in unit 141. I gladly took the eviction. I would not give them another penny. They tested for mold and on no mold in air. I tested for mold and found mold in the floor and in air.they did nothing to fix as I myself was sick and it was the most negligence I ever witness for a manager and tenet. I never seen the independent test from management and they didn't respect my test. They did not care. I'm still sad it's 6months later
