Canton Reserve

The homes here were virtually amazing. Key word here is "virtually". The problem is that while they have renderings of beautiful homes on their website, these homes are not built yet. We emailed to set up a tour, and were given the impression that we'd be touring a model home. After driving nearly an hour, we got the same virtual tour we had already seen on our own. There are currently no model homes here, just a few piles of dirt, construction vehicles, and a small sales office. We also had to stand during the whole presentation and were not offered any water. I have no doubt that the homes will be great once they're built (seriously no sarcasm here), but for now save yourselves the trip and take the virtual tour from your couch in your pajamas with a nice glass of wine.
