Canterbury Square Apartments

Emma helped me through the leasing process and she was so helpful! I couldn't find a time to call them when I had questions but I could just text them and get responses that way, which was very convenient. Just moved into the 2B1.5B unit and I love my unit! I am close to the highways, restaurants, and grocery stores. I would definity recommend Canterbury square apartment to my friends!

We have a great experience in this apartment. We’re living here more than 3years before We got our house. Best staff and Best maintenance!!! They have a lots of activities for all the tenants. Great ambiance and surroundings. Thankful and Blessed to stay here. Thank you so much Aleck, Yullia, Terrence, Chris and to all the staff.

We enjoy living here but more than anything I am grateful for the caring maintenance staff! Reggie specifically has serviced our unit a few times. He is always kind, professional, and is quick and thorough when fixing any issues we have. Thank you, Reggie!

DO NOT RENT HERE! I repeat! DONT do it! The winters here are 1000x worse being they don’t shovel here and let the ice build up in the parking lot literally causing flat tires. The washer and dryers are always broken or the room is flooded causing mildew eventually stinking up the hallways. In the summer my AC unit worked when it wanted too and was very slow to cool the place. When you put in a work order they say temps aren’t extreme enough and you have to wait a few days EVERY SINGLE TIME. My brother got a place 7min away, 2 bedroom with no one above or below for $1400, same price I’m paying here! Take your time and look around!!! Trust me! Also I got a noise complaint and I’m literally, never here! Lmaooo! Out of the last 2 months I’ve slept in this place twice and been at my girlf

Good and friendly staff! ***** Nice neighborhood. ***** I like it! The Property Manager, Ms Aleksandra Mendoza, she is nice and friendly with the residents. Ms Yullia, who is always ready to help us. The have replaced my old refrigerator anyway. I have extended my lease with them to the maximum.
