Canterbury Court Apartments

Pay what u get? Apartment is overall nice and the location is good and safe. Maintenance and the property manager (Melissa) are not great. Emails are hardly answered and issues not fully addressed. There is a recurring problem of missing packages and nobody seems to care. Eric is great and always ready to help!

The apartments are very nice and quiet. Apartment complex is in a very convenient location. Near shops, gas stations and plenty of restaurants. My experience with Eric from Glendale Communities was awesome he helped both me and my son find wonderful apartments. Eric made the apartment search and paperwork go smoothly. If you're looking for an apartment Eric at Glendale Communities is your guy!

I haven't moved into my new apartment yet, but Eric (the leasing agent) has been SO helpful finding the perfect one for me (and my pup!) Moving can be stressful, but his responses are timely and efficient, and he has been overall great to work with during this process.

I can’t tell you what it’s like to live at Canterbury Court but I can tell you about their deceptive practices that should make your weary of renting from Glendale. A leasing agent, Ed, showed me a unit at Canterbury Court. Everything looked in fine enough condition but it looked NOTHING like the photos on their website or any apartment rental website for Canterbury Court. There is no open floor plan. There is no renovated kitchen with an island. All the appliances are random and mismatching colors, and as Ed put it, “Every unit has a different appliance package.” That’s not what the Glendale website states or shows, but OK. The apartments are in a great location. However, my problem started from the day I first saw the inside of my apartment for the first time May 15, 2018. I relocated from out of state for my job. Therefore I had to rely on the pictures from the website for Canterbury Apartments here in Buffalo. Throughout the process of acquiring this apartment, I spoke with, text and emailed the property manager regarding questions about the apartment. I was assured that the apartment I would be renting was the same as advertised on the apartment website. When I drove up to Buffalo to sign the lease and pick up key on moving day, I asked again and was told the same thing because there was no walk through beforehand the appointment was at office on west ferry.
