Canterbury Circle Apartments

In my 3rd year here, and could not be happier with my apartment living experience! I have had the most contact with Lee Sparkman, who has been great! The entire staff is friendly and accommodating, often greeting me by name. The location is great and the inevitable problems are handled quickly and professionally, by both office and maintenance staff. Good neighbors and neighborhood round out the picture. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful amenities. The patio/pool furniture gets replaced before it’s worn out from the sun and tenant use. (They stay on top of all of the amenities) The gym has everything you need. The public restrooms are very clean. They keep up with pool maintenance in the mornings to ensure safety. Any time I have a maintenance issue it gets resolved within the same day or next morning. Maintenance is professional. Very respectful when entering. Management and office staff are easy and fun to communicate with. The apartments are spacious. The kitchen is my favorite part as it is enjoyable to cook in because it has a beautiful big island to prepare your food and to entertain. I have visited several friends that live in other apartment communities. I have to say Canterbury is superior.

I’ve lived at Canterbury Circle for over two years and the maintenance team has been great. One technician in particular is extremely reliable, knowledgeable, and able to fix almost any issue. Always professional and hardworking Vicente — truly appreciated.

I've been living in my apartment complex for almost three years, and I absolutely love it here! The amenities are fantastic, and the grounds are kept close to immaculate. The staff, from the management office to maintenance, are always pleasant and helpful. The sense of community is wonderful, with friendly neighbors who make living here even more enjoyable. This place is perfect for families, singles, and working professionals alike. If they ever offer the option to buy, I’d definitely be first in line! I have no plans to leave anytime soon. This only allows me 5 stars but really I give it a 10/10!!! My family and I love it here!

I’ve been here for 5 months, the washer, dryer, AC have all been broken and had issues with the WiFi but I still rate this complex all 5 stars. When I call, the staff is kind and honors their word saying they will get it fixed right away. The convenience and the reliability of living here at Canterbury is unmatched. I truly have not had a single problem. Thank you Jonathan for coming and fixing my AC in under 45 minutes on a Saturday!
