The customer service here is top-notch. They were both so professional, kind, and actually cared about getting me into my new home. My ex and I lived at Cantala for almost 4 years, and the experience was exhausting. During that time, management changed 17–18 times, which made communication and follow-through extremely difficult. Every time a new team took over, we had to start all over again because the new staff didn’t seem to have any record of what the previous team told us. We also dealt with ongoing cockroach issues in multiple units we lived in. Pest control came out many times, but the problem never fully went away based on our experience. It was stressful trying to manage that while also keeping my young son’s space as clean and safe as possible.
