While the location is very good, this complex has significant issues. First, the layout of the efficiency units is highly inefficient, pushing the price for usable square footage into the Manhattan (not Kansas) range. Also, one entire wall is a sliding glass door with only (unremovable) pull-down shade, forcing a choice between natural light and privacy from the recreational area outside. This kind of poor design is common throughout the complex. For instance, strong cooking or smoking odors from neighboring apartments frequently seem to seep into my unit through the vents, not the hallway, which is noticeable and concerning. I was having internet issues and, unfortunately, I didn’t notice the email that the office was working remotely today (totally my mistake). I had already scheduled an appointment with an Allo Fiber technician to check the electrical room, but when I called the office, Cole and the Speedway team helped me immediately and got everything sorted out. Huge thank you — I really appreciate the fast help and great service!

I enjoyed my tour of Canopy apartments. Cole, the leasing agent, was super nice and knowledgeable. He mad sure I felt comfortable and showed me multiple units. He answered any and all questions. I ended up picking another apartment complex because it fit my personal needs better. I have nothing bad to say about Canopy. Everything was new and nice inside. Great location. Highly recommend

Moved in brand new unit in a brand new building. They had a rodent infestation and didn’t warn or notify residents. The infestation came through poorly sealed pipes in bathroom and destroyed/contaminated everything within my bathroom. They promised to reimburse for everything that was ruined along with all nights I had to stay out of apartment until they could get it cleaned. There was still feces in bathroom after cleaning along with odor and I received a $100 credit on rent. When I asked what happened to being reimbursed for all they promised I was told no by the head of the office. If you are looking for a quiet place to live, then don't even think about moving here. Your money is wasted. It’s nice and convenient, with a secure building access code which is why I chose it. However, it's horrible in terms of noisy disrespectful residents. Specifically, I have had to call the police to deal with noise complaints. And not just any noise complaints; every Friday night/weekend there is something going on, even though the place has a courtyard , rooftop designed for gatherings and is surrounded by bars and restaurants. Yet, people here will choose to chat and party right at your doorstep and in the hallways.
