Horrible management even worse maintenance man it’s not worth your stress trying to get in any of the apartments they offer. Peace over the price! Owners have changed several times over the 3 years I’ve lived here. So you know nobody cares about any tenants that have been there. I’ve had a leak coming from my ac unit foot a month maintenance has come to play in my face 4 weeks in a row. He’s very incompetent & doesn’t know anything about hvac why are you asking me if I know anything about fixing a leak ain’t that your job. This complex is a joke don’t move here!

When I first moved here it was worth the price (975) ! Been here since 2020 changed management companies atleast 4-5 times within the time frame . Rent has increased over 400-500$ within that time span with no upgrades or standard services . AC went out , Black mold Creaky floors , Loud bathroom fans , half the drawers in the bathrooms don’t pull out , Sheetrock covered mirrors (weren’t cleaned after installation ) No type of pest services and don’t forget they let their dumpsters pile to the point you can smell them from your front door . Service orders take forever . Whoevers in the office needs to reevaluate their job . No type of communication what so ever . I applied online for a very specific move in date and was promised that day, I paid my application forms and paid the fee. I tried connecting with the staff but no luck until months after my selected move in date. I asked gor a refund since they could not uphold their end of the contract. I was ghosted, obviously. A month or so later I was sent ANOTHER APPLICANTS INFORMATION. I was sent her name, voucher information, place of work, what she was applying for, personal data information, ect. I was told to delete it and fill out my own form and information, which hell no I would not give any information to these people again. Ownership changing 5 times in 8 years probably says enough. They finally replaced the AC unit which is great for the electric bill. But the indoor unit takes a filter you can only find online, in bulk, for an outrageous price. Rent goes up at least $100 a year and if it comes down to it the eviction will at least be served with a smile.

This place has gone to hell and a hand basket ever since the new management took over. The property manager is rude as hell and don’t care about nothing but the money. I would not recommend moving to this place I would look elsewhere but if you like getting talk to like a child by the people who work there then this would be the place for you lol. But all jokes aside I would stay away from this place it’s not worth what they are asking in price for these apartments at all and not to mention they don’t like to fix anything when you tell them that’s it broken
