I lived here for over four years in a loft, which was spacious and comfortable for having family and friends over. Marie, the manager, was always great and took excellent care of me. Hector and the maintenance staff were consistently on top of work orders, ensuring everything was in good condition. I loved how Hector took care of the pool, keeping it clean and inviting. I walked around the complex a lot to get a little walking in and the complex was always kept clean, no dog poop anywhere. I used the pool a lot initially before I started trying out Barton Springs, and it was perfect for small get-togethers with friends and family. I truly love living at Cannon South Apartments! The community is clean, quiet, and feels very safe. One of the biggest reasons I enjoy living here is because of the amazing staff. Marie in the leasing office is a gem—she’s always warm, welcoming, and goes out of her way to make sure residents are taken care of. From day one, she made me feel at home and continues to be helpful with anything I need. You can tell she really cares about the community and the people in it. Hector from maintenance is just as great! He’s always quick to respond, professional, and gets the job done right. I’m so glad I chose Cannon South. It’s a wonderful place to call home!

I have lived at Cannon South Apartments for almost three years and it has truly been a peaceful and affordable place to call home. The complex is quiet and well cared for, which has made my time here very enjoyable. Marie is always available to help and just a text away whenever I have questions. Her support and responsiveness have been a big part of why I feel so comfortable living here. Hector is also a dedicated and hardworking member of the team who helps keep our community in excellent condition. Thanks to both of them, Cannon South feels like a safe and welcoming place. I have lived here for around five years now. Originally it was an decent place to live at an affordable place, with a manager that was adequate and revolving maintenance staff that was less so. However, within the past few years I have had a great experience with our current manager, Marie and maintenance head, Hector. Working together they are a real A team that have addressed any issues I have had promptly and have made this complex into somewhere that I would immediately recommend to anyone looking for a home. I have also moved into one of the newly renovated apartments and really enjoy the color and feel of the place. The cooler coloring works well in this lovely texas weather we have. This really is a great place to be.
