Bought my home from Greg in 2008 brand new and have had no issues and love my home very well built ! I have a buddy who does construction and he say I could set a M1 Abram’s tank above my garage because it was built so well! I’m thankful for Greg and Candlewood homes it’s a nervous decision on one your biggest purchases of your life but looking back no regrets and THANKFUL we made the right decision ! (Greg Villages of Bridgestone the customer who requested the water heater to be moved in garage! Probably the only customer that requested that 😂) THANK YOU SIR!!

Terrible experience with this unreliable and dishonest builder. Owner Gregg Lawler came from Royce Homes and has unscrupulous business practices and stole over $150,000 in commissions from me for homes I sold while marketing for him. At first he seemed like a genuinely nice guy but then as you get to know him and see how he overcharges buyers for options and can never keep his word it becomes obvious you should not purchase a home from him or bring clients to him if you’re a Realtor. Several past buyers have contacted me to tell me they are having to sue him to get their money back for construction problems and build times etc. and not getting the options the ordered. One man in Dallas sued him because of Deceptive Trade Practices and was only able to get his attorneys fees covered. Buyer
