Candler Reserve Apartments is truly a gem! This property is brand new and absolutely beautiful ~ clean, modern, and equipped with security camera surveillance that gives real peace of mind. From day one, the entire team has been nothing but friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. A special shout-out to Keyounia H. ((Property Manager!)) She made my move in experience smooth from start to finish. My entire application and approval process was done mostly long distance, and she made everything feel easy, organized, and stress free. The move-in transition was seamless, and I love that the apartment even comes with built in internet wiring already installed and ready to connect...such a convenience! I had such a great experience at Candler Reserve! From the moment I walked in, the property manager and her team greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome right away. Everyone was super helpful and easy to talk to. I applied on Monday and got approved by Wednesday — they’re fast, efficient, and still make sure everything is done right. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Honestly, it was a really great experience!

Janya and Kiana were nothing short of amazing and helpful throughout the entire application process. Very professional and kind to my mother. And she loves her new place! Brand new, spacious and protected! All 10s across the board truly

I am big on Customer Service not only speaking on the phone and in person with the staff of Candler Reserve, I had a lovely experience. Keep up the good work ladies!!!! Application process was very smooth once you have all required documentation and pass all checks.I cant wait to move in and experience this area as my new home.
