I used Tatyana Dubay for my recent mortgage. I can not say enough great things about her. She responded quickly to all of my questions whether it was via email or phone. I faithfully paid back an $83k home loan to CNB. When I later applied for another loan on the same home owned free and clear (putting CNB as first lien holder) I was denied. What was the reason? Another property I own free and clear was viewed as a liability. CNB is a great bank if you don't need to borrow money. ESL happily granted me the loan without jumping through any hoops.
