Campus Walk Chico

This place is undeniably the best option near campus. My son has stayed here, and I've found it to be cleaner and safer than any other accommodation in the area. The staff is exceptionally welcoming, and the maintenance team is always prompt and helpful. Securing a private room with a roommate is a fantastic option as well. I wholeheartedly recommend this place, as my son's experiences with other accommodations have shown me that this is by far the top choice available.

I recently visited Campus Walk, and I’m already looking forward to next Fall! The location is incredibly convenient, steps from campus, making it easy to get to class. Plus, the amenities are fantastic. The pool is a huge bonus for relaxing between classes or unwinding after a long day!

Our son left Campus Walk at the end of July 2025 and we still haven't received our security deposit check. We didn't hear anything for months, despite calling and leaving multiple messages. Legally, in California they are required to return a security deposit within 3 weeks. The communication is terrible and the response we just received was "I have been told by our corporate office that there is very little funding." During his time at Campus Walk, our son's apartment lost its front door locking capability twice, meaning that his apartment stayed unlockable for an entire weekend (and the neighborhood isn't great). He also had A/C issues several times that went unresolved for days, and the bike enclosure wasn't locked for months. The apartment is close to campus, but in my opinion that is

Campus Walk Chico has been an excellent place to live. The property is well-maintained, the pool area is a great place to unwind, and the study room provides a quiet, productive environment. Management is consistently kind, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for quality student housing in Chico. Love it! They have washers and dryers, dishwashers and take care of almost all utilities. I like that I dont have to fight over parking because its reserved. The property is never gross and the pool is always clean, with games, TVs and a bbq. The office employees are hella sweet too. Super worth the prices.
