Campus Side Apartments

since Jan 2026 many of the apartment complex lack wifi, they say it getting fixed but it is been month.

My nephew was scammed by this complex! Application fee, deposit and first months rent was paid. No lease, and no keys given to him. Dorm space opened up so he opted for the dorm. This complex REFUSES to give the rent or the deposit back. I understand keeping the application fee, but keeping the rest, when someone else is already living in that space is robbery! I'm actively communicating with On Your Side news teams to expose this theft. It has been done to countless others. Beware!

DO NOT EVEN fill out the application unless you moving in two days, because they will take your Good favor deposit(application fee,Security deposit, first months rent) and keep ALL of your money. They are scamming College Students with this, Parents watch out for your kids. They took 525.00 without us signing a lease, getting an apartment number, getting a key, not even finishing the paperwork for the necessary background check they require. Building is infested with roaches been here since October of 2023, it's February 2024 and it still has roaches, roommate is very loud and not considerate. Staff is nice, however this infestation is major problem. I called multiple times and place multiple work orders. Definitely will not be renewing my lease here. Update: They transferred me to a different building greatly appreciate it. 2nd Update: The new unit had a roach. Asked Corporate if i can get out lease due to roaches, said I can't and wanted me to early termination fee and provide two months rent because they apartments have roaches. Mrs. Lakesha was very understanding. But this is very disappointtint that I can't leave due the apartments fault.

I lived here and you really get what you pay for! Something is always broken and maintenance is very unprofessional. Had the guy come early one morning when I was asleep, but instead of leaving a note he begins hammering into the living room wall above my room door to wake me! I also had an incident where, after my roommate moved out, her uncle was coming to grab the last of her stuff, without my knowledge. I was under the impression she was done and put up a burglary stick. He knocked it down and when I called the front desk from my room to connect me with the courtesy officer to report a possible break they told me to call back and listen for his direct line in the greeting then hung up in my face. If never been so angry! Multiple packages were stolen from my porch! Front office staff is
