Campus Edge Apartments

This was a pleasure to say at for the 8 months that we were able to stay. Would of been happy to resign. However, Campus edge sold to another developer to develop new student housing apartments and demolish these current apartments. Our apartment was nice and renovated, fresh paint, lvp flooring , stackable washer dryer, and stainless steel appliances.. The staff was always friendly and worked with us on any problem we had. The only complaint would be that they didnt open their pool. And so I'll be sad to go. I HOPE the other residents will be able to find a good spot like this to relocate.

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the amazing staff at Campus Edge! They made my move-in experience smooth and even helped me renew my lease with a better deal. The amenities are perfect for students and families on a budget, and I love how nicely renovated the apartments are. I can see myself sticking around here for a long time. My roommates are super considerate too, which makes everything even better! I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a great home. Thanks so much, Isabelle and the whole management team at Campus Edge! You guys are the best! Us Edge.

We're planning on moving out sooner or later, but generally great time living here with staff and the environment. As far as student apartments go, I have no complaints. However, on the aesthetic side of things, the units themselves look a little run down and could definitely use some renovation. Good on a budget though if you're living alone! I used rent-safe wallpaper and color-changing lights to liven the place up a bit.

Been living here for 6 years and 4 months and that should speak volumes right there. I've seen people come and go and staff come and go but each time everyone is amazing. I wouldn't want to live and go to school anywhere else. The location is convenient and it's quiet. I love my one bedroom

Living here wasn’t too bad! The neighborhood is pretty peaceful and quiet and I haven’t felt unsafe or anything. The leasing staff is also very nice and helpful. The only thing that gets me is how poorly built the units are. They are borderline falling apart and are in dire need of renovation. Other than that, living here was pretty decent!
