This was the first company I ever rented from on my own. I found rent to be very affordable, and maintenance was quick to reply to my inquiries. Nicole made sure my stay there ran very smoothly from wifi outages to any other mild inconvenience. I found their cost to be very affordable for the area, and the location was amazing. Moving out was super stress free, and they made it easy to do. I always felt comfortable contacting them and ended up with my full security deposit back (which just doesn’t happen these days). I can only hope where I am now is as accommodating as they were to me for 3 years. To them, thank you for everything! To any future tenant, enjoy their amazing properties.

Campbell Real Estate Investment group is definitely a place to look into if you're looking to rent or buy. I have been a tenant in 2 of their places for over 9 years.Staff goes above and beyond always friendly and knowledgeable. If an issue arises they tend to it right away. They work with you if issues arise. Personally i wouldnt want to rent from another landlord (been there done that and it didnt last). Although they are a business they still treat their tenants with respect and compassion. Unlike some landlords who just collect their rent this group upkeeps their properties and handles repairs in a timely fashion. From the workers, to the office staff, to the owners themselves all are a great group and i would recommend them to anyone.

These people are the best! Due to unforseen circumstances i needed to find a place to call home. They worked with me, answered all my questions ( i had alot) and walked me through the whole process. They are a kind, friendly, and compassionate group. Thanks to this group i now have my new place i call home. I hope to remain a tenant for many many years.

Tenant for numerous years. Due to unforseen circumstances after a decade I had to downsize and move closer to city.they tried so hard to find me a place that met my needs because I wanted to stay with Campbell, unfortunately there was no openings for what I needed at that time .i would definitely recommend campbell. this is a very kind, understanding family.the dad,brother and sister are wonderful people.and in the end I actually landed another place with campbell . I look forward to another decade🙏
