I've been here since this place opened its doors, and i have one piece of advice for you: Pay your bills on time and you'll have no issue. Rent is paid on time monthly and we are left alone. Maintenance requests are filled in a timely manner, and the apartment manager actually uses her ears to listen. She treats tenants like humans rather than paycheck machines. I really hope you stick around. Please don't give up on us, because we know you deal with a lot. 🙏🏻

I've called for many, many weeks and never get a reply back. For it to be a new establishment its quiet alarming on the neglect in this office. kinda gives a red flag in which makes you think... do you really want to live here?

they strung us along for 2 months after we put our deposit down before declining us because we made too much. but that was december and now it’s march and we still don’t have our deposit back???? don’t pay them a dime until you are approved.

It's pretty bad when you have water in the light fixtures, and mold growing in the apartments. How bad does it have to be for this brand new apartment complex to be ranked lower than Heritage Court

No maintenance! New landlord every week! Have had mold in my apartment for over a month now with NO HELP! Would give 0 stars if it was an option!!!!
