Communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process, and everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand. We especially appreciated the transparency with pricing and the honesty around costs—there were no surprises, and we always felt informed when making decisions. Breach of warranty, gross negligence, and bad faith on our new home (<1 year old). Initial Defect: Severe, ongoing roof leaks and defective stucco violate our 1-year warranty and local building codes. Negligent Repair: A repair attempt commenced on May 20, 2025. The builder's crew was negligent, leaving the roof exposed and untarped during 3 weeks of heavy rain. This resulted in extensive new water damage to the home's framing, insulation, and drywall. Substandard Work: The attempted "repair" was a superficial application of silicone, not a professional or permanent solution. We have lost all trust in the builder. Hands down Campbell is one of the best home builders I have worked with. I moved into my current Campbell home a few months back and couldn’t be happier. Campbell is the third home builder I have bought a home from in Colorado Springs and they beat the others hands down. They have a lot of different customization options, great floor plans, and really partner with the buyer throughout the process. I never really got an ‘us-vs-them’ feeling like I did with other builders. They even made changes for things we saw up to the week before we closed. Their quality is top notch. I hope not to move again, but if I did, I would hope Campbell is building in the area id be headed.

Campbell Homes was great to work with as they built our home. They worked very hard to provide us our dream home, and they addressed any issues in a very timely manner. We had a drainage issue along our property line that they corrected as well. Rhoda, Kelsey, and Xavier are great Campbell employees who always go the extra mile.

We just closed on a home in a new Campbell Homes neighborhood. I cannot write enough of a glowing review for this group. This is the first house I have had built and it could not have been a better experience. It started with a great sales staff of Fred and Christy. These two were very responsive and constantly in contact with us during the entire process. The entire building staff was very friendly and accommodating of minor changes during the entire process. Campbell Homes has created a great product and follows a very customer friendly process. If you are looking for a new home in the Colorado Springs area, look first to Campbell Homes, you won't be disappointed.
