AVOID THIS COMPLEX AT ALL COSTS. If I could give zero stars, I would. This complex is incredibly understaffed, and the employees they do have are unknowledgeable, rude, and inconsistent. Management constantly changes, yet somehow, each new manager is worse than the last. The current property manager, Lori Carr, is by far the most unprofessional—ignoring tenant concerns, denying move-out requests that have been pending for years, and treating tenants unfairly. She never answers phones, never responds to emails, and refuses to address tenant issues in a timely manner. Speaking of management issues, be warned: Terri Clarke, who previously mismanaged this complex, is now at Millstream Apartments, so steer clear of that property as well. I wanted to write a review to recognize the amazing staff especially Wally she goes above and beyond her job description me and my husband moved in about 2 months ago he is a disabled veteran, the support and love that we have got so far into the community. I never thought I was going to be able to get through the process of the application and all the paperwork but I want to give a shout out to Wally because she helped us all get through the process and it was very hard if it wasn't for her I don't know we're I would be thank u so much I appreciate everything you have done for my family. completely unprofessional. i went through the entire process and the day i was supposed to move in, they tell me im over income by 86$. THE DAY i was supposed to move. I HAD to pay the CO to come inspect the unit i was supposed to move into and i’m unable to get reimbursed due to their negligence and errors that did not allow me to move in. they prorated my raise that i received in 2024, for 2026. a YEAR later. i was told “ can’t you stay with your sons dad “. I was then made aware i could apply for a 3 bedroom if i could find someone to live with me who makes no income and that she would reach out. Last monday goes by i email for an update. I was told no update. Then today, i was made aware after i followed up, that i have to re-apply in 6 months. Communication is terrible and they do not
