Good Places here. Love the Taco shop. Love the Pizza joint. Small liquor store with good prices on energy drinks. Also good with Vape materials. Went here a lot for awhile.

Dirty, unkept, a few businesses and seems none of them want to bother cleaning it up if it's not their mess. Dirty doors, old faded peeling, dusty poster ads, not appealing. Needs work, & a good cleaning inside and out. If that were me having a business there, I would clean everybody's mess up just so my business would look decent.

Shops are great except the spot to the right of CVS next to the Halloween costumes shop. This particular area is not well light and attracts shady characters. I have noticed high school kids hanging out there after dark with no real purpose. An older guy comes there too. I think he is pushing drugs to kids. A little ways from this place is planned parenthood. I frequently observed some peaceful but unpleasant protests there.

Hot 'n ready wasn't ready. They seemed to only be making the more expensive pizza ahead of time in the attempt to up sell. I suspect this because they had two in the warmer and had another 2 coming out but the $5 ones were not being made. The same thing happened to my husband a week ago. The people working were nice but honestly it felt like they were trying to con me out of an extra dollar and I couldn't tell the difference between the cheaper and more expensive. They looked identical to me just in different boxes. Three stars because the food was good when it came out and the people working were nice.

Parking is plentiful. Streets can get a bit congested. Avoid the area between 4 pm and 5pm weekdays. Lots of heavy traffic going East towards the 15 FWY. I live in the area and I shop here. You have Vons to nails. Just cross the street there's target, or saulitos resturant
