Camino Real Apartments

Lived in building 9 (2020-2022)after living in building 3 (2019-2020). Had my apartment and car broken into on two separate occasions. I had bugs coming through the cracks in the doors like huge roaches and other random bugs. You hear raccoons on the roof either running or fighting each other. Had a SERIOUS mold issue in building 9. Notified management as soon as mold was detected on the ceiling of our bathroom. First they tried to paint over the mold. Of course that’s not what they told us they were going to be doing to get rid of the mold but we had a camera they were unaware of and in 10 min the guy was in and out of the place with the bucket of paint and roller brush. I have lived here for (9) years and absolutely love it. The present office and maintenance staff are very helpful and always handle my service requests on time (especially emergencies). Since I've been here, they have replaced all roofs, repaved the parking area and redid the mail center. This area is perfect because it has shopping centers close by as well as a variety of restaurants and bus route also available for those who ride the bus. The rent is also comparable to other apartments in the area.

I've lived here for 12 years now and I have no complaints. Every time I've had an issue that need to be taken care of in my apartment they've always been there taking care of it. Even if it's been an emergency which I had one at one time about 2:30 in the morning they were here taking care of it. So I have no complaints of where I live, and there has been a change of office personnel from time to time, and they've been very helpful as well.

A very welcoming office staff and eager to answer questions. Approval and leasing process was very streamlined and easy. During our stay, the property was very well maintained and it made walking my dog easy on the grass and sidewalks. It is a quiet property with well lit areas and plenty of bins to throw trash and recyclables. The drive thru gates always functioned properly. Our apartment had a very spacious and open floor plan and the enclosed patio made it nice to have our back door open for some fresh air. Our maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner and they were always fixed within the first visit. They keep increasing rent with zero improvements on the property. We were promised we were getting assigned parking two years ago lol each year they promise some new improvement to justify the rent going up but never a follow through. You are better off renting somewhere else . Not worth your hard earned money. Please save yourself from the stress of having to deal with all the problem this complex brings .update : homeless hang out behind the apartments and recent 2022 April two homeless ppl were found in one of the attic. They come in your house anytime they want within notice but never fix anything . Two new male tenants used the restroom in front of my apt while the blinds were open .
