Camelot Square

We've lived here almost a year now. I love it so much! It's quiet, clean and family friendly! Catherine (Our Manager) is a delight to work and talk with. The grounds are clean and well maintained. It almost has a feel of living in a wooded Northern California town. Maintenance needs are met quickly. People pick up after their pets (which was important to me with little ones running around playing outside.) My family loved it so much when they came to visit that my parents actually moved into a 2 bedroom themselves! Highly recommended.

We have lived here for a year now We tried to move out but I just love the manger Catherine to much to leave. She does everything you need asap and she is very helpful and will tell you what you need to know and what you want to know. We ended up renewing our lease because of Catherine. The community is also very calm and peaceful.

The manager lied to get us in here. We were told as soon as a 3 bedrooms is available we could do an in home transfer. 6 months later we are still in a 2 bedroom and now the manager told us they need another $600 on top of the $2,300 deposit we already gave them to move to a 3 bedroom. We have had nothing but problems here.

STAY AWAY- in all my times renting this was the most unprofessional, the most improperly ran and WORST overall living experience. So many issues since day 1- changed monthly pricing after we signed paperwork, numerous issues with plumbing, appliances and amenities and we got SCREWED out of our deposit when we only stayed there 6 months. Charged for unfixed issues like when the upstairs bathroom flooded our kitchen ceiling and water through the ceiling flooded our dining room then charged us in deposit for patching and painting that area that WAS NEVER FINISHED. After living there for six months pet and smoke-free we spent 4-5 hours and $100 on cleaning supplies to maximize our returned deposit and ended up being charged over $500 to repaint the ceilings and garage!?!? Shame on you Camelot

The community is very quiet, and Catherine (Manager) has been a delight. Never had to remind her of maintenance and she gets it done fast.
