She was willing to wait a third day because my husband works nights and she didn't want to wake him. I am always IMPRESSED WITH THE MATIENANCE TEAM HERE. Thank you for fixing the problem so Quickly!

I have had nothing but problems with the property manager and her boss since I got here. I was charged $50 because I completely forgot to remove my patio items, which were only 3 items. I came out as soon as my door was knocked and was not given a second chance to remove my things. Kelly has insisted on doing things her way instead of remembering that my rent payment pays a portion of her salary and she issues fines and violations like Its nobody's business. I have been severely affected to the point where my mental health is now at risk because of this woman's behavior. Ever since the city issued this property a bld code violation because she was so cheap and didn't want to change the rail on the stairs well the apartment was not up to code and she paid for it and anytime there is a disag

Plowing was terrible and they didn't even open walks out to street with snowblowers

Sunday isn’t the day to have your refrigerator die. But mine did this past Sunday. Luckily I was able to call maintenance. Within 10 minutes of calling the answering service I received a call from maintenance. I was told they would be out right away. Joe came out and checked the refrigerator and said there is no fixing this, you’ll need a new one. 1 hour later I had a new refrigerator. That’s amazing service. Overall besides this incident our maintenance team is really helpful and quick. I never had any issues of them not showing up or making me wait for a long period of time. They are on top of things.
