I still rent from them and they the worst management companies I’ve ever rented from. They try to make the tenants pay for literally everything. Even if it’s just old and never worked in the first place. I can almost guarantee they are going to take my entire deposit when I leave. I have spend thousands of dollar making this house better. Payed my rent on time and early. They sent me a letter to raise my rent they never raise and I called to let them know because I knew they would try to back charge me and that’s actually what they after I had already paid the rent for that month. I would not recommend renting from them unless really needing somewhere to live.

Me and my family going on 5 years renting with Camellia realty but I lost my job at a homeless shelter over retaliation which was a sad and down time for me but now Camellia won’t except any more rent from us because since losing my job the rent was in late and we actually love the area and have no where to go I’m kind of disappointed they can’t work with us especially now that I have another job and have the rent and ready to get back in rotation, but they want to evict us 😢 I worked instacart a year straight and made $80,000 and got my wife and 2 kids out our apartment and in our first home but they taking it away and I’m literally back on track want to work this out

We rented through Camellia Realty and they were great! We had no problems with getting into the home. Everyone we worked with definitely helped to the best of their abilities when it came to getting things done around the house. If ever needed again in the future, which I'm sure will happen, we will be sure to use this property management company.

Everyone at Camellia Realty was very helpful and responsive whenever I had a maintenance request. The portal was easy to use and never had any issues. These guys are great, I highly recommend and would rent from them again.
