if i could give a negative 5 stars i would. my sister applied to this place and they told her she was approved. they told her she just needs to wait for a welcome letter and even went on to say the lease was on the desk ready to be signed. upon her waiting on the letter and confirming if her application was all good to book her flights from NY, she did just that, and booked her flights for herself and her daughter. on friday i had to run over there literally got there 3 minutes before they closed because my sister was panicking saying she was going to cancel her flights because the lady didn’t get back to her after the 10 minutes she said she would saying they needed something else now last minute a ledger. (mind you they had already went over this ledger with her on the phone.) they stopp

This community has been very unprofessional. It takes an extremely long time for someone to answer the phone, and when they finally do, the calls are often hung up on. It’s frustrating and unacceptable. I would really appreciate the opportunity to speak with someone in upper management, such as the regional manager, because the current management team is not addressing concerns properly. There are several additional issues I could mention, but it honestly feels like nothing will be done.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Camellia Point Apartments. I was told multiple times that I was approved and “good to go,” and that I was just waiting for my welcome letter. I confirmed my status several times to make sure everything was in order because I am from out of state and will be relocating and each time I was reassured that there were NO ISSUES ! - Then, at the very last minute, my application was suddenly denied. This was incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. Being led on like this wasted my time, caused unnecessary stress, and made it harder for me to secure housing elsewhere because I listened to them when they told me I was approved and didn’t apply anywhere else smfhhhh . - Clear and HONEST communication should be the bare minimum when someone is appl

I want to give a great big shout out to new manager at Camellia point apartments she came right in the door putting all things in order making our community a gated community as it's supposed to be we now can wash and vacuum our cars reliable surveillance in our community maintenance team best we had yet I've been living in the community but 10 years feeling like it was a boot camp living there but I want to give all props to Miss Elena and her team for doing AGreat job and doing it very well 🤗Chevelle woods

In my experience, Gleiny, Nichole and the MaintenanceTeam , Edgar and Victor have brought this Community to be a happy place to live in. They are all very polite, professional and knowledgable. As a Resident, all my needs have been taken care of promptly, from renewing my lease to maintenance requests. This is a safe and peacefull community. 100% recommend. Very comfortable apartments. I will renew my lease as long as I can.
