Camellia Apartments

I lived in Florida all my life and wanted to take a chance in moving out of state for a new start and upon searching for apartments the Camillia loft living caught my attention, I was unable to get the time to take a tour in person and was able to connect with Eric the leasing agent at the apartment to assist with the tour virtually. The interaction with Eric was very pleasant, he was nice, respectful and knowledgeable on all aspects of living at Camellia Apartments. The only thing that left a bad taste in mouth was the communication process it was very poor but it all worked out at the end because everyone at the leasing office was very nice and helpful…..maintenance was very prompt and helpful with the move in process. Overall so far so good I would recommend. 👍🏼

I lived here for two years. never had any major issues except the parking. a lot of people parked wherever and never got towed. I borrowed my Dad‘s car one time because mine broke down and it got towed. But office staff was great. Maintenance has always been fairly okay i never had many issues. but once they switched over to the new company, it has been nothing after a problem and problem. they told me I did not put a security deposit down which I’m pretty sure I did and then they told me maintenance did not have my keys?!?? because they have to install spectrum services. I just moved out and now they are saying that I was required to take these services out, No one told me that. I was also charged of a move out fee which I’ve never had done in the five years of renting I’ve done. Just ove

I lived at The Lofts at Strickland Glen for 3.5 years, and unfortunately, I would not recommend it to anyone. The most concerning issue was the unprofessional behavior of the management and maintenance teams. They often shared tenants’ personal matters with other neighbors, which created a toxic and uncomfortable living environment. Maintenance was unreliable — HVAC issues were not addressed in a timely manner, and despite repeated requests, problems often went unresolved. The neighborhood itself had its own challenges. Tenants frequently ignored basic rules, such as picking up after their dogs, and parking enforcement was inconsistent and unfair. While some residents had their vehicles towed over minor infractions, others were allowed to violate the same policies for years without conse

From the very first interaction, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property. He took the time to answer all my questions, made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their residents and enjoys helping people, but Eric absolutely does. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re looking for a new home at Camilla Apartments in Raleigh!
