As a resident of Camellia Apartments, I can confidently say that anytime I need maintenance or repairs, I submit an email and receive a quick response. The service is consistently excellent. The maintenance staff, management, and everyone involved are respectful, professional, and truly go above and beyond. I also see firsthand how maintenance and management work diligently to keep the property clean, safe, and presentable at all times. Management holds tenants accountable in a positive and respectful way, which encourages everyone to take care of the community and look out for one another. Because of this approach, there is a strong sense of mutual respect among residents. Brandi is an amazing property manager. Property is well maintained, quiet and pet friendly. Maintenance responds in a timely fashion.

We’ve lived here for a couple of months now, the apartment is beautifully renovated, any time we’ve had maintenance needs, the work orders are completed quickly. The area is quiet, even though it’s close to a busy road. All the neighbors have been wonderful, and Brandi in the leasing office is always a delight.

Camelia Apartments have had a major upgrade since Brandi started. I appreciate all of her & Dee’s help with getting what I had been asking for for months since moving in. Brandi has been amazing throughout the time I’ve been a resident here. Landscaping has improved and Dee has been awesome and prompt when I’ve needed something fixed in my unit. We really appreciate you all.

This is a wonderful property! The property manager Brandi is wonderful, personable, and helpful. The apartments are up to date and very spacious. DeAndre the maintenance guy is always on top of things when there is requests put in. Overall a great place to live!
